Memberships, Tiers & Privileges
Tam Son Elite Club is a loyalty program of Tam Son International Joint Stock Company with the purpose of showing our gratitude and giving members exclusive benefits and privileges from Tam Son, OpenAsia Group as well as Tam Son's strategic partners.
Tam Son Elite Club is available to any individual of 18 year old or older who:
- makes a purchase at stores or e-commerce websites of Tam Son's officially distributed brands. Any purchases made via e-commerce sites managed by third parties, including but not limited to Shopee, Lazada, Tiki, etc. is considered ineligible.
- provides valid and accurate personal information, including Name, Gender, Nationality, Date of Birth, Phone number, Email and Address
Tam Son's business partners and suppliers as well as OpenAsia Group's subsidiaries are eligible for the membership but might be excluded from certain promotions.
Employees of Tam Son and OpenAsia Group's subsidiaries are ineligible for the membership and will not be entitled to member benefits.
Privileges are benefits exclusively designed for Tam Son Elite Club members. Each tier has different benefits. The higher you rank, the more special benefits you get. All tiers' benefits can be found here.
The privileges are applied at stores or e-commerce websites of Tam Son's officially distributed brands which is divided into groups as below:
- Premium Brands: Bang & Olufsen, Tory Burch, Kenzo, Maison Kitsuné, BOSS, HUGO, Lancel, Marc Jacobs, Longchamp, Sandro, Maje, FairLiar, acmé de la vie, Okaidi-Obaibi, Diptyque, Devialet, Alessi, Hanoia
- Luxury Brands: Bottega Veneta, Loewe, Rimowa, Lalique, Bernardaud, Christofle
Tam Son Elite Club has 5 tiers including Member, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite.

For any customers who are eligible to join Tam Son Elite Club, whenever Customers' spend reach a new threshold within 365 days, the membership tier will automatically be upgraded to a next level within a maximum of 24 hours. If the Customers do not either meet the participation conditions or provide adequate required information, the membership tier will not be upgraded even if Customers' spend reach the upgrading threshold.
Customers’ purchases are considered eligible when the following conditions are met:
a) Purchases made at stores or e-commerce websites of Tam Son’s officially distributed brands.
b) Purchases attached with the Customer accounts (Customers provide their phone number when purchasing at stores or log in e-commerce websites when purchasing online);
c) Purchases made without requiring a tax refund invoice;
d) Purchases are not returned or canceled;
e) Purchases show no signs of fraud.
Tiers can be checked by logging into your member account or seeking support from staffs at any Tam Son stores.
You can maintain a tier and enjoy its benefits within 365 days from from upgrade date. Once you reach a threshold to maintain the current tier, all benefits will be extended for another 365 days.
Other Information
In order to log in, you need to create a member account by purchasing at our stores or e-commerce websites and provide adequate personal information including Name, Gender, Nationality, Date of Birth, Phone number, Email and Address.

As a member of Tam Son Elite Club, you commit to read, understand and agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of the loyalty program, the terms of Privacy Policy and the Terms & Conditions of Tam Son's website.
You can update your personal information by logging into your member account at www.tamsonvn.com or seeking support from staffs at any Tam Son stores.
Yes. Tam Son commits to protect Customers' personal information from being lost or stolen, unauthorized access, disclosure, copy, use or illegal modification.
We use Vietnamese Dong (VND).
Yes. Customers have the right to terminate the membership by contacting Customer Relations Management department at [email protected]. However, please note that when deciding to opt out, you will no longer benefit from Tam Son's privileges.
