From Apr 27 – May 14, 2023, Marc Jacobs Monogram firstly landed at the landmark of Beijing, Sanlitun Taikoo Li, taking over the piazza and walkway with Smiley Yellow Monogram with the cool mix of the shade of grey, re-creating the iconic area with Monogram Skatepark to showcase the rebellious street style and culture in the city.
While skateboarding symbolizes as the signature street culture among youngsters, the infusion of Marc Jacobs smiley yellow monogram in the skatepark not only play as the key of the event installation, but also visually demonstrating the sense and attitude of breakthrough. To activate this installation, Marc Jacobs invites Beijing skaters to perform at the skatepark and connect with the citizens at continuous days.
