Tam Son Elite Club is a Loyalty program of Tam Son International Joint Stock Company with the purpose of showing our gratitude and giving members exclusive benefits and privileges from Tam Son, Openasia Group as well as Tam Son's strategic partners.

Tam Sơn Elite Club welcomes all individuals aged 18 and above who have made a purchase at an official store or on the official website of brands distributed by Tam Sơn in Vietnam, and have provided complete personal information (Full Name, Gender, Nationality, Date of Birth, Phone Number, Email, Address).

The program does not apply to purchases made on third-party e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, Tiki...) or to Tam Sơn and Openasia Group employees, partners, and suppliers.

Tam Son Elite Club has 5 tiers including Member, Silver, Gold, Diamond and Elite.

For any customers who are eligible to join Tam Son Elite Club, whenever Customers' spend reach a new threshold within 365 days following the requirements here, the membership tier will automatically be upgraded to a next level within a maximum of 24 hours. If the Customers do not either meet the participation conditions or provide adequate required information, the membership tier will not be upgraded even if Customers' spend reach the upgrading threshold.

Customers’ purchases are considered eligible when the following conditions are met:
a) Purchases made at stores or e-commerce websites of Tam Son’s officially distributed brands in Vietnam
b) Purchases attached with the Customer accounts (Customers provide their phone number when purchasing at stores or log in e-commerce websites when purchasing online);
c) Purchases are not returned or canceled;
d) Purchases show no signs of fraud;
e) Purchases not made under internal preferential policies for Tam Son employees and Openasia Group employees, or under special purchasing policies for suppliers and business partners.

Whenever there’s a change or renewal in your tier status, we’ll notify you via email, Zalo, or SMS - so please ensure your contact information is up to date and regularly check for messages from Tam Sơn.

Each membership tier is valid for 365 days from your most recent upgrade date. If you do not meet the minimum spending requirement to retain your current tier during this period, your tier will be automatically adjusted according to your actual spending level.

Members enjoy exclusive privileges based on their tier, including shopping offers, birthday gifts, personalized services, and more.

Each tier offers increasing benefits - the higher the tier, the more attractive the privileges.

Yes, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting our Customer Relations team via email at [email protected]. Please note that once you cancel, you will no longer be eligible for any of the privileges or benefits offered by Tam Sơn Elite Club.

- Step 4: Enter the OTP and create a new password
